End of First Week by Mrs. Labrum

We finally reached the end of our first week of school! We are tired! We have worked so hard. Our new math program is very different. Students have homework every night. They will also need to practice their math facts. We will start our Mighty Math on Monday. I will send home a note that explains how to practice the facts at home. Please check here often. I will be giving information about school through the blog and wikispace. Students will begin writing in this blog in about a month, after we practice our writing skills. First day of school! by Mrs. Labrum

We had a great day on our first day of school. We ate watermelons and measured how far we could spit the watermelon seeds. We worked on an art project and learned some of our classroom rules. We got hot, and tired, but had a great day.
